Marukan Turkey and Rice Lettuce Wraps

INSTRUCTIONS
Cut up carrots, mushrooms, bell peppers and onions. Cook ground turkey on medium high heat until brown, then set aside on a plate. Add carrots, mushrooms, bell peppers, onions, salt and garlic to the pan and cook on medium high heat until vegetables are cooked through. While vegetables are cooking, add hoisin sauce, soy sauce, chili flakes and rice vinegar to a small bowl and mix well to make the sauce. Add ground turkey, sauce and green onions to the pan and stir fry until all of the ingredients are blended together. Add rice and stir fry on top of lettuce leaves. Garnish with fresh cilantro and sliced peppers and enjoy!
