Marukan Instant Pot Korean Kimchi Chicken
Spice up your night with our Marukan Instant Pot Korean Kimchi Chicken!
INSTRUCTIONS
Add kimchi, gochujang, sesame oil, Marukan Yuzu Ponzu Premium Soy Dressing with Yuzu Citrus, Marukan Genuine Brewed Rice Vinegar, and honey into blender. Blend together. Set mixture aside. Set Instant Pot to “Saute”. Pour in vegetable oil. Once oil is hot, throw in garlic and cook until brown. Add in chicken, salt, and pepper. Cook chicken until no longer pink. Add in Korean sauce mixture and stir. Close lid and set to “Manual” for 10 minutes. Release pressure and remove lid. Set to “Saute” and cook until sauce is reduced by about half (about 5 minutes). Serve with rice and top with sesame seeds and green onions. For a boost of flavor, add a splash of Marukan Yuzu Ponzu Premium Soy Dressing with Yuzu Citrus.
