Chicken Thighs, boneless, skinless and cubed

Carrot, julienned

Green Bell Pepper, sliced

Red Bell Pepper, sliced
3/4 Cup
Chicken Broth
2 Blocks
Ramen, halved
1 tsp
Sesame Oil
For Garnish
Red Pepper Flakes
For Garnish
Green Onions, chopped

INSTRUCTIONS

Cut chicken into cubes, then toss and coat in 1 Tbsp of Marukan Yuzu Ponzu Premium Soy Dressing with Yuzu Citrus. Set Instant Pot to “Saute” and heat olive oil. Add in chicken, stir and cook until opaque. Add in carrots, green bell pepper slices and red bell pepper slices. Stir. Add in the chicken broth, Marukan Genuine Brewed Rice Vinegar and ramen blocks. Mix until the ramen is submerged into the liquid. Cover and set to “Manual” for 1 minute. Release pressure and remove lid. Pour in the remaining Marukan Yuzu Ponzu Premium Soy Dressing with Yuzu Citrus and sesame oil, then stir. Garnish with red pepper flakes and green onions. Enjoy!
