The Marukan team attended the 2018 Natural Products Expo West, a leading trade and consumer show in the natural, organic and healthy products industry. Attendees were treated to fresh sushi rolls prepared with Marukan Organic Seasoned Rice Vinegar by one of our chefs on Friday and even witnessed the making of a Mega Sushi Roll!
     
On Saturday, attendees tasted four amazing dishes made with Marukan including Spinach and Turkey Meatballs, Sautéed Broccoli with Teriyaki Sauce, Jicama Salad and a Passion Fruit Drink.
      
    
In addition to the delicious samples, Marie Oser, host of VegTV and best-selling food/health author interviewed Jon Tanklage, President of Marukan U.S.A., about Marukan’s line of Non GMO Verified and Gluten Free rice vinegars. Check out the full interview in the video above!        .
