To promote the versatility and amazing flavor of Marukan Rice Vinegar and Ponzu, the Marukan team traveled to NYC for the annual Summer Fancy Food Show. The Summer Fancy Food Show is the largest specialty food industry trade event in North America, and the team had a great time giving out samples of a delicious salad created by Chef Turman.
For the Show Chef Turman prepared an Edamame Salad, using Marukan Seasoned Gourmet Rice Vinegar, Marukan Sudachi Soy Ponzu and Sesame Oil for the dressing. These products added the perfect boost of flavor to compliment the edamame beans, carrots, red bell peppers and green onions in the salad.
