Marukan Tender Steak Marinade
Making a tender steak is super easy!
INSTRUCTIONS
In a large shallow glass dish, add steak, vinegar and warmed beef broth. Poke holes in the steak with a fork and turn to coat. Cover with a lid or plastic wrap and marinate in the refrigerator for a minimum of one hour until it cools to below 40 degrees Fahrenheit. If you have time to marinate overnight, the steak will be extra tender.
Prepare and heat the grill. Remove steak from marinade and place steak on a greased grill over hot coals or medium high heat.
Cook steak for 7 to 8 minutes per side or until medium, or 145 degrees Fahrenheit on a meat thermometer.
Remove steaks from grill, cover, and let stand for 5 minutes before carving.
